Thank you for shopping with CatyGato. We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the products ordered and current order volume.

Coffee products are roasted to order to ensure freshness and quality. As a result, processing times for coffee orders may occasionally vary slightly before shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Multiple Shipments

Please note that our products are fulfilled by different production partners.

  • Coffee products are roasted, packaged, and shipped separately.
  • Apparel and merchandise items are produced and shipped separately.

If your order contains both coffee and merchandise, you may receive your items in multiple packages and on different delivery dates. Separate tracking numbers may be provided for each shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after processing is complete:

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships. If your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking details for each package.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered production or shipped.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at catygato.ccc@gmmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

While we will assist in working with the shipping carrier to resolve issues when possible, we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs clearance, holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding should unexpected delays occur.
